Consulting: COVID-19 OSHA Guidance for the Workplace

Regarding COVID-19, OSHA recommends that employers develop an infectious disease preparedness
and response plan if they don’t have one already. While there is no specific standard governing COVID-
19 exposure, OSHA references both the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standard and the General
Duty Clause as potentially applicable requirements for preventing occupational exposure. WSS can
develop or review Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response Plans to address the COVID-19 OSHA
guidelines for the workplace. Please refer to the Consulting Section for more information.
We will work through this challenging time together!
